Il Presidente del Consiglio Silvio Berlusconi è indagato per concussione e prostituzione minorile dal 21 Dicembre 2010. E’ stato invitato a comparire.
L’accusa di prostituzione minorile viene punita con il carcere fino a 3 anni.
Secondo la Procura, il premier ha avuto rapporti con la marocchina Ruby, ed era anche consapevole di trovarsi con una minorenne.
Nel procedimento, Karima Mahroug detta Ruby, risulta parte offesa. Secondo il suo difensore, la ragazza non è stata più ascoltata dagli inquirenti da Ottobre 2010. Questo farebbe pensare che gli inquirenti abbiano raccolto altre informazioni sul premier successivamente, infatti è stato iscritto nel registro degli indagati il 21 Dicembre.
Forse altre persone avrebbero parlato delle feste svolte in villa del premier in presenza della giovane marocchina, a quel tempo minorenne.
